As per the dry process of cement mills and raw mills,we recommend using the materials as follows:
(1) BTMCr26Mo
The service life for cement mill liners in the 1st chamber is about 6 years, which hardness is more than HRC58.
(2) BTMCr15Mo
The service life for cement mill liners in the 1st chamber is about 4 years, which hardness is more than HRC52.
(3) ZGCr5MoCu
The service life for cement mill liners in the 1st chamber is about 30 months, which hardness is more than HRC50 and Impact value is more than 50J.
To improve the mill output,we have the following know-how for your reference:
(1) Ball mill is for grinding, not for crushing. We should thoroughly abandon the traditional concept of "crushing" for ball mills.
(2) Setting up a vibration crusher in the front of cement mills to keep maximum feed size down to 5mm and 70% feed size less than 2mm.
(3) As per specific working condition,we can improve the liner design to achieve the higher grinding efficiency and higher mill output.
(4) Adjust the grinding balls and cylpebs for the first chamber and the second chamber to optimal condition in size and quantity.
(5) The application for all low chrome grinding balls and cylpebs shall be stopped to gain stable size distribution ratio.
(6) Lowering the moisture of mixture material to be charged into the mills.
(7) In order to improve the service life of intermediate diaphragm frame and blind plates,we optimize our design and recommend using the materials of martensite Cr-Mo steel which hardness is more than HRC50.
