In order to obtain ideal wear performance, the hardness of coal mill liners should be more than HRC48.As per specific working condition,we recommend the materials as follows:
(1) Double-Media Quenching Cr-Mo Steel ZG50Cr5Mo
ZG50Cr5Mo Martensitic Steel has the features of higher hardness & higher impact value & even ideal cost-effectiveness.In normal working condition, the service life is 4 ~6 years.
(2) High Cr Alloy Steel
1.High Cr Alloy Steel Liners have longer service life than Cr-Mo steel liners in the dry process.
2.Hardness:HRC≥52
3.Even hardness distribution:the hardness difference from surface to the core of each
piece of liner casting is less than HRC1.
The liners have been widely used in hundreds of coal mills underφ4m in the Chinese power plant since1995.For example, the service life is more than 14 years in coal mills 320/580 in Huaibei power plant.
(3) Double-inlet & Double-outlet Coal Mill High Cr White Iron Casting Liners
In order to meet the requirements of the high-ash working condition,we recommend using BTMCr26Mo materials.
1.Hardness:HRC≥58
2.The anti-wear properties are 4~6 times as much as those of high manganese steel in dry grinding process.
3.Microstructure: Fine Martensite + Carbide + residual Austenite(≤6%)
